Skillful Collaboration ("we", "us", "our") operates the team assessment platform at skillfulcollaboration.com. We provide coaches, trainers, and facilitators with tools to run structured team assessments and generate reports.

From Partners (coaches / facilitators who create an account):

• First and last name
• Email address
• Account credentials (managed securely by Supabase Auth)

From Team Members (people who complete an assessment):

• Email address (from the invitation)
• First and last name
• Role within the team
• Time spent in the team
• Team size and work method (in-person, hybrid, remote)
• 20 assessment responses (scored 1–5 per statement)

• To deliver the service: assessment responses are used to compute scores, generate a personal PDF report, and contribute to a team-level report.
• To send reports: the personal PDF report is emailed directly to the team member who completed the assessment.
• To generate AI-powered action points: scores are sent to OpenAI to produce personalised improvement suggestions included in the report.
• Account management: partner data is used to manage access to the platform.

• Team members: processing is based on your freely given consent, provided via the consent checkbox before completing the assessment. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
• Partners: processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (providing the platform service) and for our legitimate interests in operating the business.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Assessment responses and partner account data are retained for as long as the partner account is active. When a partner deletes their account, all associated team, assessment, and response data is permanently deleted.

If you are a team member and wish to have your data deleted, contact us at info@skillfulcollaboration.com with the email address you used to complete the assessment.

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (for team members)

We use a single session cookie to keep partners logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
